摘要
目的以胃黏膜下肿瘤患者为研究对象,分析为患者提供内镜下治疗的效果。方法方便抽取2018年3月—2019年8月在该院接受诊疗的胃黏膜下肿瘤患者76例并分为研究组(n=38)与参考组(n=38),为研究组患者提供内镜黏膜下挖出术,为参考组患者实施内镜消化道全层切除术,对患者手术时间等手术相关指标以及术后并发症情况进行对比。结果与参考组患者相比,研究组手术时间(65.42±10.28)min、抗生素应用时间(2.15±0.89)d、禁食时间(3.79±0.32)d、术后住院时间(6.45±1.34)d均明显更短,差异有统计学意义(t=5.240、5.893、15.220、6.948,P<0.05)。研究组穿孔等并发症总发生率为5.26%,参考组穿孔、瘘管形成等并发症总发生率为23.68%,研究组并发症发生率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05)。结论胃黏膜下肿瘤患者采用内镜黏膜下挖出术疗效确切,胃黏膜下肿瘤患者接受内镜下黏膜下挖出术安全、可靠且并发症发生率低。
Objective To analyze the effects of endoscopic treatment for patients with gastric submucosal tumors.Methods 76 cases of gastric submucosal tumor patients who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from March 2018 to August 2019 were convenient selected and divided into study group(n=38)and reference group(n=38),endoscopic submucosal excavation was provided for patients in the study group,and endoscopic full-thickness gastrointestinal resection was performed for patients in the reference group.The operation time and other operation-related indicators of the patients and postoperative complications were compared.Results Compared with patients in the reference group,the study group's operation time(65.42±10.28)min,antibiotic application time(2.15±0.89)d,fasting time(3.79±0.32)d,postoperative hospital stay(6.45±1.34)d and other related indicators were all obvious shorter,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.240,5.893,15.220,6.948,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications such as perforation in the study group was 5.26%,the total incidence of complications such as perforation and fistula formation in the reference group was 23.68%,and the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic submucosal excavation is effective for patients with gastric submucosal tumors.Endoscopic submucosal excavation for patients with gastric submucosal tumors is safe,reliable and has a low complication rate.
