摘要
为了充分契合高校图书馆业务需求和未来发展,确保自动化集成管理系统成功换型,文章从科学论证换型自动化系统的必要性、全面深入进行市场调研后确定新系统的选型目标、招标采购的策略和技巧、统筹实施系统转换的相关事项等方面进行了论述,期待能为高校图书馆同行提供有益借鉴。
To fully meet the business needs and future development of university libraries and ensure the successful transformation of the automatic integrated management system,this paper discusses the necessity of scientifically demonstrating automatic system replacement,determining the selection target of the new system after comprehensive and in-depth market research,the strategies and skills of bidding procurement,and issues related to the overall implementation of system transformation,so as to provide a useful reference for the colleagues of the university library.
