摘要
中华民族伟大复兴的战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局是同一个世界历史进程的两种表现形式。新冠肺炎疫情加速了世界百年未有之大变局的演进,我国进入“十四五”时期的新发展阶段和全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程。立足于新时代中国特色社会主义伟大实践,把握“两个大局”之间互为前提、互为条件、相互作用的辩证关系,有利于科学定位我国发展所处的历史方位,更好地谋划和推动全面建设社会主义现代化国家的事业。
The overall strategic situation of the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation and the great changes unseen in a century are two forms of the same historical process of the world.The COVID-19 outbreak has accelerated the evolution of the changes.China has entered a new stage of development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and a new journey to build a modern socialist country in an all-round way.Based on the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,grasping the dialectical relation between the Two Overall Situations,which are each other’s prerequisite,condition and interaction,is conducive to scientifically positioning the historical position of China’s development and better planning and promoting the cause of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.
