摘要
白茶热带动了非传统白茶产区的白茶加工生产,但少有针对非传统白茶产区开展白茶适制品种筛选工作的研究报道。为此,本文以兴山县主要种植的8个茶树品种鲜叶为原料,通过对试制的白茶感官品质和理化成分分析,筛选确定以黄金芽加工白茶品质最佳,且所制白茶具有桔香的独特品质。这为宜昌兴山县开展白茶生产提供了依据,有利地促进当地茶树品种的推广。
The rise of white tea has promoted the processing and production of white tea in non-traditional white tea producing areas,but there are few reports on screening suitable varieties of white tea in non-traditional white tea producing areas.Therefore,in this paper,eight tea varieties planted in Xingshan County were used as raw materials,through the analysis of the sensory quality and physical and chemical components of white tea,it was determined that the quality of white tea processed with golden bud was the best,and the white tea had the unique quality of orange aroma.This provides a basis for the development of white tea production in Xingshan County,Yichang,and is also helpful to promoting the promotion of local tea varieties.
