摘要 为了满足农林自动化相关应用的需要,研制了具有较高精度、较低成本的嵌入式线激光三维测量系统。首先利用摄像机标定进行图像采集;其次通过图像灰度化、滤波处理、去除背景、提取中心线等方式处理数据;最后通过三维重建完成测量。实验结果表明:该线激光三维测量系统误差在2 mm左右,其中最小误差可达到1 mm之内,是获取高质量三维数据的有效方案,能够满足农林自动化领域的相关应用。 In order to meet the needs of related applications in agriculture and forestry automation,an embedded line laser 3D measurement system featuring high accuracy and low cost was developed.First,camera calibration was used for image acquisition;second,data was processed by image graying,processing filtering,removing background,and extracting centerline;finally,measurement was completed through three-dimensional reconstruction.The experimental results show that the error of the line laser 3D measurement system was about 2mm,with the minimum error reaching within 1mm,indicating it is an effective solution to obtaining high-quality 3D data and can meet the relevant applications in the field of agriculture and forestry automation.
