摘要
医患关系问题是当下社会热点问题。从现代性的文化后果出发,借鉴恩格尔哈特“道德异乡人”理念之异乡人视角,来审视和分析当下的医患关系问题,成为可能的破题思路。在异乡人视角下,当下医患关系紧张的一种解释是道德多元和大众文化观念滞后的双重效应,使社会价值观念和道德共识缺位,个体道德合理性基础袪魅,形成工具理性对医学精神的僭越、传统价值合理性嬗变和生命终极关怀缺乏的后果。医患关系问题可能的破题之路在于回归医学的初心和人本属性,建构新的伦理实体,为个体生命提供精神的安身立命之地,最终完成由异乡人向共同体的精神复归。
The doctor-patient relationship is a hot social issue at present.Starting from the cultural consequences of modernity,drawing on the stranger perspective of Engelhardt's idea of"moral stranger"to examine and analyze current doctor-patient relationship at present,will be a way to deal with this issue.From the stranger perspective,one explanation to the current doctor-patient relationship tension is the double effect of moral pluralism and mass culture idea lag.It leads to the absence of social values and moral consensus,the rationalization challenge of individual moral rationality basis,the arrogation of instrumental rationality over medical spirit,the change of traditional value rationality and the lack of ultimate concern with life.Therefore,the possible solution to the doctor-patient relationship problem lies on returning to the original intention and humanism of medicine,constructing a new ethical entity,and providing a spiritual place for individual life,a solution bringing the spiritual return of community.
