重力式码头基槽开挖及抛石基床设计优化

摘要 部分港口重力式码头存在深开挖、厚基床的现象,这导致基槽开挖及基床回填很大,不利于控制工程投资,国内在一些深开挖、厚基床的工程中,常以换填料的内摩擦角来控制换基槽开挖宽度,但方法并无明确理论依据。本文采用有限元软件Midas-GTS对重力式码头基床应力扩散进行有限元计算,并与规范计算进行对比分析,随后采用理论计算的方法对其进行验证。在此基础上对重力式码头基槽开挖及抛石基床进行了优化设计,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 The phenomena of deep dredging and thick foundation bed occur in the construction of gravity berth in some ports,which leads to large dredging and filling amount for foundation trench and bed,and goes against the control of investment in project,In the above mentioned projects in China,the inner friction angle of the fill materials is often used to control the dredged width of the foundation trench,which lacks theoretical basis.Finite element software MIDAS-GTS is used to calculate the stress diffusion of foundation bed of gravity berth.The calculation results are compared with the specification and analyzed,and then verified by using the theoretical calculation method.On this basis,the design of foundation trench dredging and rubble bed for gravity berth is optimized,which will provide a reference for similar projects.
