摘要
本文以日照港石臼港区南作业区#14、#15泊位为研究对象,从码头卸船、堆场装卸、火车装车、水平运输等方面入手,对码头、堆场、集疏运专业化改造工艺方案进行综合对比分析,在保留码头前方作业设备的前提下,摒弃流机倒运作业模式,采用带式输送机进行物料全流程运输,并在泊位后方配套建设专业化散货堆场,同时新建火车疏港作业系统,并结合日照港石臼港区南作业区全局发展规划,在设计过程中充分考虑和践行绿色、智慧港口的理念思路,力求将本工程打造成为大宗散货作业示范区,为今后类似工程的改造提供一定的参考借鉴。
Based on berths #14 located in south operation area at Shijiu harbor of Rizhao Port,the process strategy of specialized reformation involving in berths,stockyard and cargo in-and-out transportation has been analyzed and compared comprehensively from the aspects of ship unloading,cargo loading and unloading in stockyard,train loading,horizontal transportation and so on.Under the premise of the operating equipment being kept at wharf apron,belt conveyor is used to transport bulk cargos instead of the operation mode of mobile machineries in the whole process.In addition,the ancillary specialized bulk cargo yards are built behind the berths,complete with a train loading system.By studying overall planning of south operation area at Shijiu harbor of Rizhao Port,the concept of green and intelligent port is fully considered and applied in the design process,so that this project can be constructed to be a representative operation area for mass of bulk cargos.The research results may serve as certain technical reference and guidance for the reformation of similar projects in the future.
