摘要
运用非径向、非角度的DEA模型测度2000—2017年中国内地31个省份全要素水资源绿色效率,利用自然断点法与变异系数探究了中国全要素水资源绿色效率的时空演变规律,并对各省份的节水减排潜力进行了分析。结果表明:中国省际全要素水资源绿色效率两极分化特征显著,呈现出东部中部西部逐渐递减的空间分布态势;2000—2017年中国全要素水资源绿色效率呈现出波动上升趋势,且仍处于较低水平,仅实现了最优效率的70. 0%~80. 0%,但各省份间的差异正逐渐缩小;不同省份间的节水减排潜力差异显著,节水潜力与减排潜力均呈现西部中部东部逐渐递减的分布规律。
The non-radial and non-oriented DEA model was used to measure the total factor water green efficiency of 31 provinces and municipalities of China's Mainland from 2000 to 2017,using natural breakpoint method and coefficient of variation to explore the spatial and temporal evolution of total factor water green efficiency in China,and the potential of water saving and emission reduction of each province was analyzed.The results show that the total factor water green efficiency in China is characterized by significant polarization,showing a decreasing spatial distribution trend in the eastern,central and western regions.From 2000 to 2017,the total factor water green efficiency in China showed a fluctuating upward trend,and it was still at a low level,only reaching 70.0% ~ 80.0% of the optimal efficiency,but the differences among provinces were gradually narrowing.The potential of water saving and emission reduction among provinces are significantly different,and the distribution pattern of the potential of water saving and emission reduction is gradually decreasing from the western,central and eastern regions.
