黄金尾砂和煤矸石协同制备发泡陶瓷及其性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 为推动大宗矿山固体废弃物的综合利用,开发多种矿山固体废弃物协同制备发泡陶瓷技术,以黄金尾砂和煤矸石为主要原料,微硅粉、方解石、钠长石和滑石为辅助原料,碳化硅为发泡剂,通过高温熔融法制备发泡陶瓷。基于发泡陶瓷气孔统计数据研究了微硅粉、发泡剂掺量对发泡陶瓷气孔结构的影响,研究表明,在一定范围内随着微硅粉掺量的增加发泡陶瓷气孔均匀度变差,气孔孔径范围由1.3-1.7mm扩大至0.7-2.0 mm,发泡剂掺量的增加使发泡陶瓷气孔均匀度变差的同时使发泡陶瓷气孔的平均孔径由1.2 mm增加至3 mm。同时以抗压强度和体积密度为表征来探究微硅粉与发泡剂掺量对发泡陶瓷物理性能的影响规律。结果表明,发泡陶瓷体积密度和抗压强度随着微硅粉掺量的增加均先减小后增大,随着发泡剂掺量的增加均明显降低。研究成果为综合利用黄金尾砂、煤矸石制备发泡陶瓷提供了新的参考方向。 In order to promote the comprehensive utilization of large amount of mine solid waste and develop a variety of mine solid waste collaborative preparation of foamed ceramics technology,using gold tailings and coal gangue as the main raw materials,silica fume,calcite,albite and talc as auxiliary raw materials,silicon carbide as foaming agent,foamed ce⁃ramics were prepared by high temperature melting method.Based on the statistical data of pores of foamed ceramics,the ef⁃fects of silica fume and foaming agent on the pore structure of foamed ceramics were studied.The results show that the poros⁃ity uniformity of foamed ceramics decreases with the increase of the amount of micro silica powder in a certain range,the pore size range of the foamed ceramics increases from 1.3-1.7 mm to 0.7-2.0 mm,and the increase of the amount of foam⁃ing agent makes the porosity uniformity of the foamed ceramics worse,and the average pore size of the foamed ceramic pores increases from 1.2 mm to 3 mm.At the same time,the effects of the content of silica fume and foaming agent on the physical properties of foamed ceramics were investigated by the characterization of compressive strength and bulk density.The results show that the volume density and compressive strength of the foamed ceramics first decrease and then increase with the increase of the content of silica fume,and decrease obviously with the increase of the content of foaming agent.The research results provide a new direction for the preparation of foamed ceramics by comprehensive utilization of gold tailings and coal gangue.
