摘要
目的探讨急性左心衰竭应用参附注射液联合重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)治疗的临床疗效。方法100例急性左心衰竭患者,基于治疗方案的差异分为研究和对照组,各50例。对照组单纯应用重组人脑利钠肽治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用参附注射液治疗。观察对比两组心率、血压、心功能指标变化及治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组心率(70.28±9.06)次/min、收缩压(125.11±11.22)mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压(71.87±6.27)mm Hg、左室射血分数(LVEF)(46.39±10.18)%、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)(52.01±5.77)mm及左室后壁厚度(LVPWD)(10.11±2.44)mm均优于对照组的(74.40±7.80)次/min、(130.10±9.30)mm Hg、(75.32±5.99)mm Hg、(41.60±9.77)%、(60.22±6.01)mm、(12.77±2.01)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率96.00%明显高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对急性左心衰竭患者应用参附注射液联合重组人脑利钠肽治疗,其临床效果明显,可有效改善患者心脏功能,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Shenfu injection combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP)in the treatment of acute left heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute left heart failure were divided into research group and control group according to different treatment regimen,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide,and the research group was treated with Shenfu injection based on the control group.The heart rate,blood pressure,cardiac function indicators and therapeutic effect were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the heart rate(70.28±9.06)beats/min,systolic blood pressure(125.11±11.22)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),diastolic blood pressure(71.87±6.27)mm Hg,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(46.39±10.18)%,left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)(52.01±5.77)mm,and left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWD)(10.11±2.44)mm of the research group were better than(74.40±7.80)beats/min,(130.10±9.30)mm Hg,(75.32±5.99)mm Hg,(41.60±9.77)%,(60.22±6.01)mm and(12.77±2.01)mm of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 96.00% of the research group was obviously higher than 82.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Shenfu injection and human brain natriuretic peptide has obvious clinical effect on patients with acute left heart failure,and it can effectively improve the cardiac function,which is worthy of promotion.
