摘要
秦山核电厂在第18次换料大修期间实施了主控室更新项目,为满足改造期间及改造后的运行操作需求,为运行人员与系统间的交互以及人员对电厂事故的响应提供支持和指导,以及确保运行和维护人员在使用新系统和临时系统之前已进行了足够的培训,能完全胜任电厂中所有改造设备的操作和维护工作。在第十八次换料大修前需对相应规程进行开发,以及开展必要的培训工作。本文对规程开发及培训开发的项目设置、过程控制进行了系统性阐述,以供后续其他项目参考。
The main control room upgrade project was carried out in Qinshan NPP during the eighteenth refueling outage.In order to meet the operational requirements during and after the upgrading,it provided support and interaction between operators and the system and personnel's response to the power plant accident,and ensure that the operation and maintenance personnel have been adequately trained before using the new and temporary systems,and are fully competent for the operation and maintenance of all retrofit equipment in the power plant.This article systematically elaborates the project setting and process control of protocol development and training development for reference of follow-up projects.
