摘要
针对现行规范中既未明确给出悬索桥散索鞍鞍槽纵向曲线的径向压力具体验算方法,亦未给出散索鞍对摇轴的稳定验算具体公式,且国内工程界对散索鞍的设计尚无基本统一的实用性方法的问题,文中以镇胜高速北盘江特大桥为例,详述了一种验算散索鞍鞍槽径向压力和摇轴稳定性的实用设计方法。通过分析该方法计算结果与有限元分析结果,发现其误差在设计接受范围内。加之镇胜高速北盘江大桥已安全服役多年,从理论和实践上都证明了文中论述方法的可靠性和实用性。
In the current specifications,neither the specific checking calculation method of radial pressure of longitudinal curve of suspension bridge cable-saddle element nor the accurate formula of stability checking calculation of cable-saddle element to rocking shaft are clearly given,and there is no basic unified practical method for the design of cable-saddle element in domestic engineering circles.Taking Beipanjiang super large bridge at Zhensheng expressway as an example,a practical design method is described for checking the radial pressure of cable-saddle element and the stability of rocking shaft.By analyzing the calculation results of this method and the finite element analysis results,it is found that the error is within the design acceptance range.In addition,Beipanjiang bridge at Zhensheng expressway has been in safe service for many years,which proves the reliability and practicability of the method in terms of theory and practice.
