摘要
汞元素作为煤中重要的有害元素之一,在煤炭燃烧过程中对环境造成很大污染。我国已制定商品煤中汞含量的限值,煤中汞含量检测量逐渐增大,需采用快速、准确的分析方法才能满足市场需求。选取多个不同汞含量的煤炭样品,对比分析了直接燃烧法与冷原子吸收法的测定结果。结果表明:直接燃烧法检测步骤简单、测定时间显著缩短,与冷原子吸收法相比,其准确度、精密度均与国家标准无显著性差异,二者相对标准偏差分别为2.94%~4.24%、3.00%~4.33%;两方法间精密度无显著性差异,且测定结果无显著性偏倚,方法间差值的95%置信区间为-0.027μg/g~0.033μg/g。
Mercury is one of the most important harmful elements in coal.In the process of coal combustion,it causes great pollution to the environment.The limit of mercury content in commercial coal has been established in China.The detection amount of mercury in coal is increasing gradually,so it is necessary to adopt fast and accurate analysis methods to meet the market demand.In this paper,a number of coal samples with different mercury content were selected,and the determination results of direct combustion method and cold atomic absorption method were compared and analyzed.The results show that the direct combustion method is simple and the determination time is significantly shortened.Compared with the cold atomic absorption method,the accuracy and precision have no significant difference with the national standard.The relative standard deviations are 2.94%~4.24%and 3.00~4.33%,there is no significant difference in precision between the two methods.
