二氧化炭气氛下贵州高灰熔融性半焦气化特性研究

摘要 高灰熔融性半焦在中低温度及二氧化炭(CO_(2))气氛下的气化特性及动力学参数研究,可为探索其在固定床和流化床气化炉的利用提供基础数据支撑。采用常压热天平,研究了气化温度、CO_(2)含量及煤种对贵州典型高灰熔融性半焦与CO_(2)气化反应性的影响,采用混合反应模型对实验数据进行处理,求取动力学参数。结果表明:气化温度的提高可加快半焦的气化反应速率,明显缩短气化反应时间;提高气化剂中CO_(2)的含量,可提升半焦的反应性,但当CO_(2)含量大于50%后效果不明显;不同半焦的反应性差别较大,3种半焦的反应性顺序由高到低依次为:MJ1>MJ3>MJ2;同一CO_(2)含量下,贵州典型高灰熔融性半焦(MJ1)的反应性指数均随温度的升高而显著增大,同一温度下,CO_(2)浓度在30%~50%时其反应性指数基本随CO_(2)含量的增加而增大,CO_(2)浓度由50%增至60%时其反应性指数稍有降低;在气化温度1123 K-1373 K,贵州典型高灰熔融性半焦(MJ1)与CO_(2)反应的反应级数介于0.1607~1.6062,活化能介于262.76 kJ/mol~283.58 kJ/mol。 The study of gasification characteristics and kinetic parameters of high ash fusibility semi coke under medium or low temperature and CO_(2) atmosphere can provide basic data support for exploring its utilization in fixed bed and fluidized bed gasifier.The effects of gasification temperature,CO_(2) content and coal type on the gasification reactivity of Guizhou typical high ash fusibility semi cokes with CO_(2) were studied by atmospheric thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The experimental data was processed by the mixed reaction model to calculate the kinetic parameters.The results show that:increasing the gasification temperature can accelerate the gasification reaction rate and shorten the gasification reaction time obviously.Increasing the content of CO_(2) in gasification agent can improve the reactivity of semi coke,but when the content of CO_(2) is more than 50%,the effect is not obvious.The reactivity of different semi coke varies greatly,the order of reactivity of three semi cokes from high to low is MJ1>MJ3>MJ2.Under the same CO_(2) content,the reactivity index R of Guizhou typical high ash fusibility semi coke(MJ1)increases significantly with the increase of temperature.Under the same temperature,the reactivity index R basically increases with the increase of CO_(2) content when the CO_(2) concentration ranged from 30%~50%.But when the CO_(2) concentration increased from 50%to 60%,the reactivity index R decreased slightly.At the gasification temperature of 1123 K~1373 K,the reaction order of Guizhou typical high ash fusibility semi coke(MJ1)gasification with CO_(2) is between 0.1607 and 1.6062,the activation energy is between 262.76 kJ/mol and 283.58 kJ/mol.
