摘要
目的:探究应用双歧杆菌活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗腹泻患儿的效果。方法:2018年9月-2020年5月收治腹泻患儿104例,随机分为两组,各52例。甲组单独使用蒙脱石散治疗;乙组联合使用蒙脱石散和双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:乙组治疗总有效率明显高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组症状改善时间明显低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌活菌与蒙脱石散联合治疗腹泻患儿,可以起到很好的效果,而且能够有效促进症状改善。
Objective:To explore the effect of bifidobacterium live combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with diarrhea.Methods:From September 2018 to May 2020,104 children with diarrhea were treated and randomly divided into two groups with 52 cases in each group.Group A was treated with montmorillonite powder alone.Group B was treated with montmorillonite powder and bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple live tablet.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of group B was significantly higher than the group A,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of group B was significantly lower than the group A,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of bifidobacterium live bacteria and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with diarrhea can play a very good effect,and can effectively promote the improvement of symptoms.
