摘要
目的:探讨基于行为转变理论的心脏康复策略对急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者的影响。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治心肌梗死PCI术患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组在常规护理基础上给予基于行为转变理论的心脏康复策略。比较两组心脏功能指标水平、护理满意度及6个月复发入院率。结果:试验组护理后左室收缩末期内径及左室舒张末期内径水平均低于对照组,左室射血分数水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组6个月复发入院率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心肌梗死PCI术患者在常规护理基础上给予基于行为转变理论的心脏康复策略的效果确切,有利于提高患者心功能及护理满意度,降低复发率。
Objective:To explore the effect of cardiac rehabilitation strategy based on behavior transition theory on acute myocardial infarction patients with PCI.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,100 cases of myocardial infarction patients who underwent PCI were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The experimental group was given cardiac rehabilitation strategy based on behavior transition theory on the basis of routine nursing.The cardiac function index levels,nursing satisfaction and 6-month recurrence admission rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 6-month recurrence admission rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of cardiac rehabilitation strategy based on behavioral transition theory on acute myocardial infarction patients with PCI surgery is remarkable,which is beneficial to improve cardiac function,improve nursing satisfaction and reduce recurrence rate.
