摘要
目的:研究盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎的效果及对临床症状的改善作用。方法:2018年5月-2019年7月收治盆腔炎患者182例,随机分为两组,各91例。对照组应用氧氟沙星治疗;观察组应用盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体温恢复正常时间和腹痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗14d后TNF-α、CRP、IL-1β水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率及随访12个月的复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗盆腔炎的疗效显著,可控制炎症反应,缓解临床症状,且用药安全性高,复发率低。
Objective:To study the effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride on pelvic inflammatory disease and its effect on improving clinical symptoms.Methods:From May 2018 to July 2019,182 cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 91 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ofloxacin.The observation group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time for body temperature to return to normal and the time for abdominal pain to disappear in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment,the TNF-α,CRP and IL-1βlevels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate after 12 months in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection is effective in treating pelvic inflammatory disease,which can control inflammatory reaction,relieve clinical symptoms,and has high safety and low recurrence rate.
