摘要
目的:分析显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤的应用效果。方法:2013年8月-2019年8月收治脑胶质瘤患者78例,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,各39例。观察组实施显微镜手术治疗;对照组采取传统开放式手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、手术出血量、诊疗时间均低于对照组,机体功能及思维意识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:显微手术方式对脑胶质瘤具有良好的临床治疗效果,能够快速缓解患者病情,提升康复率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of microsurgery in the treatment of glioma.Methods:From August 2013 to August 2019,78 patients with brain glioma were selected to the hospital and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with microscope operation.The control group received traditional open surgery.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The operation time,the amount of blood loss volume and the time of diagnosis and treatment in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the scores of body function and thinking consciousness were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microsurgery has a good clinical effect in the treatment of glioma,which can quickly release the symptoms of the disease and improve the recovery rate.
