摘要 油气集输系统作为油气生产的重要环节,节能降耗直接关系整个油田开采项目的成本和经济效益。通过对新疆油田稀油集输工艺流程中的能源消耗分布进行分析,确定能耗关键节点,及关键节点的井口电加热器控制方式不合理、计量站电加热器热效率低、加热炉烟气余热未充分回收、储罐罐顶未保温散热损失大等问题,研究了井口电加热器回压控制、计量站新能源加热方式、加热炉烟气余热回收和储罐罐顶绝热保温4项节能技术,推广应用后每年可节约总能耗8217 t(标煤),减排二氧化碳4703 t,节能环保效益显著。 Oil and gas gathering and transferring system as an important part of the oil and gas production,saving energy and reducing consumption directly related to the cost of the whole oil field exploitation project and economic benefit.Analyzing the distribution of energy consumption of gathering and transferring process flow in Xinjiang Oilfield,waste heat from flue gas heating furnace,heat preservation heat loss of tank roof were the major problem.So wellhead back pressure control of electric heater,new energy metering station of heating,flue gas waste heat recovery,tank roof insulation were studied.When 4 items of energy-saving technology applied,company yearly can save 8217 tons,and 4703 tons of carbon dioxide.It is an important contribution to green and sustainable development.
