摘要
目的:观察电针结合中药热奄包治疗腰椎压缩性骨折便秘的临床效果。方法:选取腰椎压缩性骨折便秘患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组各30例。治疗组予电针结合中药热奄包治疗,对照组予乳果糖口服液治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、首次排便时间、间隔排便时间及72小时排便次数。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组的首次排便时间及间隔排便时间显著缩短,72小时排便次数明显增多(P﹤0.05),治疗组疗效显著优于对照组。结论:电针结合中药热奄包治疗腰椎压缩性骨折便秘有利于提高患者胃肠蠕动力,改善排便情况。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine fomentation pack on constipation caused by lumbar vertebral compressive fracture.Methods:60 cases of patients with constipation caused by lumbar vertebral compressive fracture were selected as researched objects,and randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine fomentation pack,while the control group was treated with lactulose oral solution.The course of treatment was 3 days.The therapeutic effect,first defecating time,interval defecating time and 72 hours defecating times of patients were observed and compared between two groups.Results:Compared with control group,the first defecating time and interval defecating time of treatment group were significantly shortened,and the defecating times in 72 hours was significantly increased in treatment group(P﹤0.05).The curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of electroacupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine fomentation pack on constipation caused by lumbar vertebral compressive fracture is better than that of lactulose oral solution.
