摘要
该文介绍了中山市某泵站水泵机组在现场检测过程中机组振动幅值超过规范限值的工程实例,并通过分析水泵装置模型试验数据及现场检测时的水流流态,阐述了引起机组振动的原因,指出了类似泵站机组在建设及振动检测中应注意的问题,可供同类工程参考。
This article introduced an engineering example in which the vibration value of the pump unit of a pump station in Zhongshan city exceeds the specification limit during the on-site inspection.By analyzing the model test data of the pump device and the flow pattern of the on-site inspection,the reasons for the vibration of the unit were explained.The problems that should be paid attention to in construction and vibration detection of similar pump station units,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
