摘要
学习动机是直接推动学生学习并指向一定学业目标的一种动力倾向。该文从了解学生的选项心理出发,深入分析学生选课心理背后折射出的学习态度、学习动机等,从而在教学中做到注重学生个体差异,因材施教,通过多种途径培养激发学生的学习兴趣,巩固正向的学习动机,以不断巩固和提高健美操课的教学质量。
Learning motivation is a kind of motivational tendency that directly promotes students to learn and directs them to a certain academic goal.Starting from the understanding of students’option psychology,this paper deeply analyzes the learning attitudes and learning motivations behind students’psychology of choosing courses,so as to focus on individual differences of students in teaching,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,and cultivate and stimulate students’learning interest,and consolidate positive learning motivation through a variety of ways,thus continuously consolidating and improving the teaching quality of the aerobics course.
