摘要
加强高校基层党组织标准化建设具有重要的现实价值。当前高校基层党组织标准化建设过程中存在一些问题,如高校基层党组织的政治功能存在被弱化趋势、队伍建设存在能力不匹配和设置不合理现象、组织生活开展不到位。针对目前存在的问题,高校党委需要提高思想认识,加强政治理论学习,强化高校基层党组织政治建设,提高政治能力和水平;强化高校基层党组织队伍建设,合理配置党务工作者,重视党务工作者的党务工作能力培养和提高;完善高校基层党组织设置,加强制度建设,狠抓制度执行,完善考评机制,提升组织活力。
It is of great practical value to strengthen the standardization construction of Party organizations at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in the standardization construction of grassroots Party organizations in colleges and universities.For example,the political function of grassroots Party organizations in colleges and universities is weakened,the team building capacity is not matched and the setting is not reasonable,and the organization life is not carried out properly.In view of the existing problems,Party committees in colleges and universities need to improve their ideological understanding,strengthen the study of political theories,strengthen the political construction of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities,and improve their political ability and level.Strengthen the construction of Party organizations at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities,reasonably allocate Party affairs workers,pay attention to the cultivation and improvement of Party affairs ability of Party affairs workers.We should improve the establishment of grassroots Party organizations in colleges and universities,strengthen institutional construction,pay close attention to the implementation of institutions,improve the evaluation mechanism,and enhance organizational vitality.
