摘要
本文通过实地调研,发现莒南县烟农培训效果较好,但仍然存在配套政策、培训内容、培训方式、培训手段与实际不相符的问题,根据实际情况,提出培训政策全面化、培训师资专业化、培训内容个性化、培训方式多样化、培训手段灵活化、培训对象广泛化等烟农培训的应对措施,以促进烟草行业高质量发展。
Through field research,this paper found that the training effect of tobacco farmers in Ju′nan County was good,however,there were still some problems that supporting policies,training contents,training methods and training means were not consistent with the actual situation.According to the actual situation,tobacco farmers training measures were put forward,which including training policy generalization,training teachers professionalization,training content individuation,training methods diversification and flexibility,training targets universality,in oder to promote the high-quality development of tobacco industry.
