摘要
在素质教学改革的深入施行下,教育行业对学生主体位置的重视程度越来越高,在此基础上学生的个性化发展及核心素养培养成为了主要的教学目标之一。而大学数学在线学习对学生个性化发展及核心素养培养有着极大的促进作用。为此,大学数学教师在教学过程中需要积极革新教学理念,从传统的教学模式中跳脱出来,充分利用线上教学来引导学生学习和成长。文章将针对线上教学个性化教学模式的构建展开深入探讨,旨在提出参考性建议。
With the in-depth implementation of quality teaching reform,the education industry pays more and more attention to the position of students as the main body.On this basis,the individual development of students and the cultivation of core literacy have become one of the main teaching goals.And college mathematics online learning has a great role in promoting students'individual development and core literacy training.For this reason,college mathematics teachers need to actively innovate teaching concepts in the teaching process,break away from the traditional teaching mode,and make full use of online teaching to guide students'learning and growth.This paper conducts an in-depth discussion on the construction of a personalized teaching model for online teaching,aiming to provide reference suggestions.
