Investigation on awareness and satisfaction of essential public health services in China

摘要 目的探究基本公共卫生服务知晓率及满意度现状,为提升居民获得感提供依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,对2500名重点人群进行问卷调查。运用卡方检验和Logistic回归分析重点人群知晓率和满意度的影响因素。结果回收有效问卷2395份,有效回收率为95.8%。重点人群对基本公共卫生服务的知晓率为89.5%,满意度为93.2%。Logistic回归分析显示,基本公共卫生服务知晓情况的影响因素为:人群类别(0~3岁儿童母亲OR=0.333,95%CI:0.160~0.696;65岁及以上老年人OR=1.564,95%CI=1.014~2.414)、地区(中部OR=3.679,95%CI:2.378~5.690;西部OR=1.704,95%CI:1.081~2.687)、医保类型(其他保险OR=2.664,95%CI:1.376~5.157)、职业(专业技术人员OR=0.352,95%CI:0.144~0.860)。基本公共卫生服务满意度的影响因素为:人群类别(0~3岁儿童母亲OR=3.023,95%CI:1.712~5.340)、地区(中部OR=3.078,95%CI:1.569~6.038;西部OR=5.252,95%CI:2.762~9.987)。结论重点人群对基本公共卫生服务项目的知晓率和满意度均处于较高水平,但依然有进一步提升的空间。建议今后应继续加强基本公共卫生服务的宣传力度,提升服务质量,提升居民的获得感。 Objective To investigate the levels of awareness and satisfaction with the essential public health services in China,and to provide a basis for improving the quality of services and enhancing residents′sense of gain.Methods Multi-staged sampling method was used to investigate 2500 key population of essential public health services.The Chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of awareness and satisfaction.Results 2395 questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recover rate of 95.8%.The overall awareness rate of essential public health services was 89.5%.93.2%of the respondents were satisfied with the basic public health services.The logistic regression analysis showed that crowd type(mother of children under 3 years old OR=0.333,95%CI:0.160-0.696;aged 65 and above years old OR=1.564,95%CI:1.014-2.414),region(residing central region OR=3.679,95%CI:2.378-5.690,residing western region OR=1.704,95%CI:1.081-2.687),type of medical insurance(other type OR=2.664,95%CI:1.376-5.157)had significant influence on theawareness rate of key population.The logistic regression analysis showed that crowd type(mother of children under 3 years old OR=3.023,95%CI:1.712-5.340),region(residing central region OR=3.078,95%CI:1.569-6.038,residing western region OR=5.252,95%CI:2.762-9.987)had significant influence on the satisfaction of key population.Conclusion Key population had satisfied levels of awareness and satisfaction with the essential public health services.In order to promote the development of essential public health services,the publicity should be strengthened and services quality should be improved.
