摘要
目的探讨利伐沙班在非瓣膜性心房颤动(NVAF)患者抗凝治疗中的应用效果。方法选取新余市人民医院2020年1—10月收治的NVAF患者60例,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组予以华法林钠抗凝治疗,观察组予以利伐沙班抗凝治疗。比较2组治疗前后凝血指标〔包括凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)〕,并观察2组出血事件发生情况、血栓事件发生情况。结果治疗前2组PT、TT、APTT、FIB比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组PT、TT、APTT短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组FIB比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组出血事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组血栓事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利伐沙班在NVAF患者抗凝治疗中的应用效果良好,可有效改善患者凝血指标,降低出血事件发生率,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore application effect of rivaroxaban in anticoagulation therapy for patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation(NVAF).Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with NVAF were selected from January to October 2020 in Xinyu People's Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given warfarin anticoagulant therapy,while the observation group was given rivaroxaban anticoagulant therapy.Coagulation indexes before and after treatment(including PT,TT,APTT,FIB)were compared between the two groups,the bleeding events and thrombosis events of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in PT,TT,APTT and FIB between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,PT,TT and APTT in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05);after treatment,there was no significant difference in FIB between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of bleeding events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of thrombosis between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of rivaroxaban in anticoagulant therapy of NVAF patients is effective,which can effectively improve the coagulation index of patients and reduce the incidence of bleeding events,and has high safety.
