摘要
新型冠状肺炎肆虐全球,在对我国经济社会发展带来严重冲击的同时,也势必会对我国经济结构、产业结构的重塑带来深远影响。可以预计,疫情之后,国家将会主动实施经济战略的调整完善,这就给各地方抢抓传统产业的重塑转型升级和各大战略新兴产业的培育提供了新的机遇。本文通过调研瓯海产业现状,特别是疫情对瓯海鞋革产业发展带来的影响,深入谋划瓯海鞋革传统产业转型升级之路。文中围绕瓯海鞋革传统产业的转型升级和战略新兴产业培育,传统制造业重塑和数字经济培育,以全产业链优化提升为切入点,为瓯海谋划制定传统产业转型升级提供政策思路和对策建议。
While COVID-19 is sweeping the globe,it will have a serious impact on China's economic and social development.At the same time,it will surely bring far-reaching impact on the reshaping of China's economic structure and industrial structure.It can be predicted that after the epidemic,the country will actively implement the adjustment and improvement of economic strategy,which will provide a new round of opportuni⁃ties for local governments to seize the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the culti⁃vation and development of strategic emerging industries.Based on the investigation of the current situation of Ouhai shoe leather industry,especially the impact of the epidemic situation on the development of Ouhai shoe leather industry,this paper deeply plans the transformation and upgrading of Ouhai shoe leather tradi⁃tional industry.It will focus on the transformation and upgrading of Ouhai shoe leather traditional indus⁃try and the cultivation of strategic emerging industries,the remodeling of traditional manufacturing indus⁃try and the cultivation of digital economy,and take the optimization and upgrading of the whole industrial chain as the breakthrough point to provide policy ideas and Countermeasures for Ouhai to plan the transforma⁃tion and upgrading of traditional industries.
