摘要
为探讨直肠前突术后加味补中益气汤口服联合针刺治疗的效果,将2018年3月至2020年3月于我科手术治疗的110例直肠前突患者分为2组,各55例,一组术后第3天开始予以针刺治疗(简称针刺组),另一组术后第3天开始予以针刺治疗的同时口服加味补中益气汤(简称联合组),治疗30d,比较2组患者治疗效果。结果显示,针刺组优35例,良10例,差10例,优良率为81.82%(45/55);联合组优40例,良14例,差1例,优良率为98.18%(54/55)。针刺组临床治疗优良率明显低于联合组,P<0.05。结果表明,直肠前突患者术后联合加味补中益气汤口服和针刺治疗可提高临床疗效。
This study was to investigate the efficacy of orally administering Buzhong Yiqi Tang(a TCM formula decoction,shortly named as Tang)combined acupuncture after rectocele surgery,divided 110 rectocele patients who had received surgery in author’s department(2018-02-2020-03)into acupuncture group(55 cases,on the 3 rd day,started receivng acupuncture therapy)and combined group(55 cases,at the same time,acupuncture plus Tang),both treatment lasted for 30 days;then,compared both groups’efficacy.As results,in clinical treatment efficacy combined group was significantly higher than acupuncture group[35 cases(excellent),10(good),10(poor),the ratio(81.82%,45/65),vs 40 cases,14,1,98.18%(54/55),P<0.05].Results show that Tang added in acupuncture therapy can enhance clinical efficacy.
