摘要
随着自动化、计算机及互联网等技术的飞速发展,信息系统物理上连接的设备数以千亿计,工业互联网的网络安全成为需要解决的问题。首先,介绍电动执行机构技术特征,从优势分析和具体产品两方面切人,对智能仪表有初步的认识。其次,充分利用新兴互联网通信技术,分析工业控制系统的安全需求,例举具体的系统要求和相关的方案指南,点明研究意义。接着,在此基础上提出工控安全流程模型和授权加密算法,采用MD5加密和RSA非对称加密相结合的方法,保证信息传输的完整一致和安全性能的极大提高。最后,设计了在线服务系统的整体架构,使用户、经销商、工程师、管理者、专家等成为系统参与者,充分考虑企业内部和外部的无线互联,以实现信息安全的进一步保护。通过工程应用与验证,该系统能够提升信息交互的有效性,为仪表用户单位提供更为可靠的服务响应和业务支持,具有很强的实用价值。
With the rapid development of automation,computer and Internet and other technologies,the equipment physically connected to the information system could be counted in hundreds of billions,and the network security of the industrial Internet has become a problem to be solved.Firstly,the technical characteristics of the electric actuator are introduced from the perspectives of advantages analysis and specific products to obtain a preliminary understanding of the intelligent instrument.Secondly,it makes full use of the emerging Internet communication technologies to analyze the security requirements of industrial control systems and gives examples of specific system requirements and relevant program guidelines to point out the research significance.Then,on this basis,the industrial control security procedure model and authorization encryption algorithm are proposed.MD5 encryption and RSA asymmetric encryption are combined to ensure the integrity and consistency of information transmission and greatly improve the security performance.Finally,the overall architecture of the online service system is designed,so that users,dealers,engineers,managers,experts,et al,become participants of the system and fully consider the internal and external wireless interconnection of the enterprise,to achieve further protection of information security.Through engineering application and verification,the system can improve the effectiveness of information exchange,and provide more reliable service response and business support for the instrument user units,which has a strong practical value.
