摘要
目的:探究卵巢黄体破裂患者应用愈黄汤治疗的临床疗效。方法:2017年1月-2019年12月,以随机抽样的方式择取南京市江宁区中医医院卵巢黄体破裂患者30例为研究样本,设置分组为对照组(15例)、研究组(15例),对照组应用补中益气颗粒,研究组联合愈黄汤治疗。对比评估治疗有效率、失血情况。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05;两组治疗3 d后血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,Hb)指标水平均维持稳定,未出现进行性下降情况,组间无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组出血情况及腹痛缓解情况均明显优于对照组;研究组手术中转率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组凝血功能指标活化部分凝血活酶时间(Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time,APTT)、凝血酶原时间(Prothrombin Time,PT)、凝血酶时间(Thrombin Time,TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,FIB)较对照组更优,P<0.05。结论:对于卵巢黄体破裂患者在常规用药基础上联合愈黄汤治疗,可提升临床疗效,改善患者的症状、体征,促进身体康复。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Yuhuang decoction(愈黄汤)on ruptured corpus luteum.Methods:30 cases were devided into the control group(15 cases)and the research group(15 cases).The control group took the Buzhong Yiqi granules(补中益气颗粒),and the research group received the Yuhuang decoction more.Results:The clinical efficiency in the research group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.The Hb level in the groups remained stable after 3 days of treatment,there was no progressive decline(P>0.05).The bleeding and abdominal pain relief in the study group were significantly better than the control group,and the operation conversion in the research group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The coagulation function indexes APTT,PT,TT and FIB in the research group were better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Treating ruptured corpus luteum by conventional medication plus the Yuhuang decoction can improve clinical efficacy,ameliorate the symptoms and signs and promote the recovery.
