摘要
目的:观察益肾通络汤联合经皮椎间孔镜下椎间盘切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期的临床疗效。方法:将2018年6月-2019年12月就诊于肥城市中医医院的94例腰椎间盘突出症急性期患者随机分为两组各47例,对照组采用经皮椎间孔镜下椎间盘切除术治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用口服益肾通络汤治疗,两组均治疗2周。结果:治疗后两组腰部压痛、直腿抬高试验等症状体征评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Score,VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese Orthopaedie Association,JOA)评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组对上述指标的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾通络汤联合经皮椎间孔镜下椎间盘切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期,能够改善临床症状及VAS、ODI、JOA评分,提高腰椎活动度及临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Yishen Tongluo decoction(益肾通络汤)plus percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the acute stage.Methods:94 patients were divided into two groups of 47 patients each.The control group was treated by percutaneous intervertebral discectomy.The treatment group was treated with oral Yishen Tongluo decoction more,for 2 weeks.Results:After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs such as waist tenderness,straight leg elevation test and ODI,VAS,JOA scores in two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the above indicators in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yishen Tongluo decoction plus percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the acute stage can improve clinical symptoms and VAS,ODI,JOA scores,and improve lumbar mobility and clinical efficacy.
