注空气低温氧化对高凝油的影响——以沈625块为例

摘要 为了研究高凝油注空气开采过程中低温氧化作用对原油与伴生气的影响,对沈625块高凝油开展了室内低温氧化模拟实验,并从族组分和饱和烃气相色谱方面对氧化前后的原油开展对比分析,对采集的伴生气开展气体组分分析。研究结果表明,高凝油在注空气低温氧化后黏度略增加,族组分中饱和烃、芳烃、非烃含量增加,沥青质含量减小,饱和烃中轻重比(ΣnC_(21-)/ΣnC_(22+))减小,姥植比(Pr/Ph)和奇偶优势(OEP)基本不变,大部分与O_(2)反应生成含氧化合物(醛、酮、醇、羧酸等),少部分生成CO_(2)与CO,伴生气中O2含量明显降低。高凝油在注空气低温氧化过程中以加氧反应为主,并伴随少量的键裂反应。 In order to study the effect of low temperature oxidation on crude oil and associated gas in the process of high pour point oil production by air injection,the simulation experiment of low-temperature oxidation of high pour-point oil in Shen 625 block was carried out,the crude oil before and after oxidation was compared and analyzed from group composition and saturated hydrocarbon gas chromatography,and the gas composition of associated gas was analyzed.The results show that the viscosity of high pour-point oil increases slightly after low temperature oxidation,the content of saturated hydrocarbon,aromatics and non-hydrocarbon increases,asphaltene content decreases,the ratio of weight to weight of saturated hydrocarbon(Σnc_(21-)Σnc_(22+))decreases,the plant ratio(Pr/Ph)and odd-even predominance(OEP)base are unchanged,most of them react with O_(2) to produce oxygen containing compounds(aldehydes,ketones,alcohols,carboxylic acids,etc.),a small part of CO_(2) and Co are produced,and O_(2) content in associated gas is obviously reduced.In the process of low temperature oxidation of high pour point oil by air injection,oxygenation is the main reaction,accompanied by a small amount of bond cracking reaction.
