摘要
反义寡核苷酸(asODN)技术首先被提出并应用于动物实验研究上,证实植物在糖溶液中能够更好地吸收asODN片段后,asODN技术在植物上的应用也逐渐开始。文章对asODN技术在植物上的应用进行综述,为相关工作的开展提供参考。
Antisense oligonucleotide technology was first proposed and applied to animal experimental research.After it was confirmed that plants can better absorb antisense oligonucleotide fragments in sugar solution,the application of asODN technology in plants has gradually developed.This article reviews the literature on the application of asODN technology in plants,and provides references for the development of related work.
