摘要
目的探讨注射用己酮可可碱联合前列地尔对糖尿病足慢性创面血管内皮生长因子表达的影响。方法选取2018年6月~2020年6月收治的60例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,对照组30例,给予注射用己酮可可碱治疗;研究组30例,给予注射用己酮可可碱联合前列地尔治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平、溃疡面积及不良反应发生率。结果①研究组总有效率为96.67%,明显优于对照组60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组患者治疗前VEGF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③两组患者治疗前溃疡面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④研究组患者不良反应总发生率6.67%,明显低于对照组36.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论注射用己酮可可碱联合前列地尔可有效提高糖尿病足的治疗效果,能改善糖尿病足慢性创面血管内皮生长因子,减小溃疡面积,降低不良反应发生率,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the effect of pentoxifylline injection combined with alprostadil on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in chronic wounds of diabetic foot.Methods 60 cases of diabetic foot patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group treated with pentoxifylline for injection,and 30 cases in the study group treated with pentoxifylline for injection combined with alprostadil.The therapeutic effect,VEGF level,ulcer area and incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results①the total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly better than 60%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);②there was no significant difference in VEGF level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the study group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);③there was no significant difference in ulcer area between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the study group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);④The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than 36.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pentoxifylline injection combined with alprostadil can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic foot,improve vascular endothelial growth factor of diabetic foot chronic wound,reduce ulcer area,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,with safty and reliaty.
