摘要
党的十九届五中全会通过的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》中提出要完善社会治理体系,打造社会治理共同体。在乡村振兴战略实施的时代背景下,探索实践出一条符合地域实际的、切实有效的农村社区治理模式,需要始终坚持加强农村基层党组织建设,协调各方共同发力,建立健全农村安全保护机制,坚持文明实践培育时代新风,推进“三大革命”改善人居环境,推进农村高质量可持续发展。
The“Proposals of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and Long-Term Goals for 2035”adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to improve the social governance system and create a community of social governance.In the context of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,exploring and practicing a practical and effective governance model in rural community that is in line with regional reality requires insisting on strengthening the construction of rural grassroots organizations,coordinating together,establishing and perfecting the rural security protection mechanisms,adhering to the civilization practice to cultivate new style in contemporary society,carrying forward the“three reformations”to improve the living environment,promoting high-quality sustainable development in rural areas.
