摘要
各地区紧跟城乡一体化建设进程,开展县级融媒体项目建设,同时应急广播程序处于建设规划进程中,县级规划形成的应急广播程序、融媒体项目,由相同单位统一运维,以合理控制运维成本,确保对接技术连接效果。以县级单位为研究视角,探索其融媒体项目连接于应急广播的技术方案,从接口功能、对接操作、接口通信等方面,逐一进行了对接技术实践,证实了技术方案的对接可行性。
All regions shall closely follow the process of urban-rural integration construction, and carry out the construction of county-level integrated media projects. Meanwhile, the emergency broadcasting programs are in the process of construction planning, and the emergency broadcasting programs and integrated media projects formed in the county-level planning shall be operated and maintained by the same entities in a unified manner so as to reasonably control the operation and maintenance costs and ensure the effect of technical connection. From the view of county level, this paper explores the technical scheme of connecting the media project to the emergency broadcasting, and proves the feasibility of the technical scheme from the interface function, docking operation and interface communication.
