摘要
板栅是铅蓄电池的“骨架”,是铅膏活性物质发生化学反应产生电流的传输导体。板栅表面形态决定铅膏/板栅界面结合,对电池整体性能有重大关键性影响。笔者开发了一种新型板栅表面处理工艺。通过板栅表面腐蚀层测定、大电流放电性能和电池循环性能测试,结果显示,板栅表面经过特殊处理可有效提高电池的性能。
The grid is the"skeleton"of the lead-acid battery and the current conductor of the active materials.The surface morphology of the grid determines the interface adhesion between lead paste and grid,which significantly and critically affects the battery performance.In this paper,a completely new grid surface treatment technology was developed.Through the grid surface corrosion layer measure,the high current discharge performance and the battery cycle performance tests,it is founded that the new special treatment technology on the grid surface can effectively improve the battery performance.
