水光互补项目光伏并网运行增益研究 被引量:7

摘要 水电站出力可平抑光伏出力波动,将光伏电站并入水电站后,形成的互补式发电可以提高其发电效率。为了研究水光互补项目联合运行后的经济收益,文章考虑了光伏和水电出力受气候和季节影响,结合光电上网标杆电价变化情况,计算水光互补独立运行和联合运行经济收益,采用增量分析法对水光互补项目增益进行评价。对龙羊峡水电站的研究结果表明,联合运行互补式发电后,年发电量增加2.06×108kW·h,年发电效益增加4.69×108元,该系统能够缓解光伏并网的波动,提高企业的经济收益。 The output characteristics of hydropower stations can smooth out the fluctuations in photovoltaic output.After photovoltaic power stations are integrated into hydropower stations,complementary power generation can be formed to improve power generation efficiency.To figure out the economic benefits of the combined operation of hydro-optical complementary projects,considering the impact of photovoltaic and hydropower output by climate and seasons,combined with the changes in the benchmark electricity price of photovoltaic grids,calculate the economic benefits of independent operation and joint operation of water and light complementary,and use incremental analysis to evaluate the gains of water and light complementary projects.Combined with the Longyangxia case,the research results showed that the annual power generation benefit would increase by 469 million yuan,while the power generation of hydro-photonics combined operation would increase by 206 million kW·h compared with the independent operation scenario of a hydropower station.Complementary power generation could not only solve the problem of safe photovoltaic grid connection,but also improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.
