以校企合作为载体大力推进汽修专业一体化教学

摘要 改革开放以来,中国经济高速腾飞,人民的生活水平也在不断提高。近几年来,随着科技的不断发展,汽车行业也得到大力发展,国家鼓励车企进行改革创新,大力支持新能源汽车的发展。因此,汽修专业将是个热门专业。届时,我国汽修行业的高技术人才的数量和质量都将受到挑战。传统汽修专业教学存在着学校的教学与企业的需求不匹配,企业的需求与学生的个人发展不匹配的问题。这种情况导致了,学生的学校实践脱离社会中企业的发展要求,学生在校积累的技能缺乏实际的社会经济效益,而推行校企合作、产教融合,大力推进中职学校汽修专业一体化教学有利于解决这一矛盾。本文将立足于培养中职教学,企业需要,个人发展相适应的汽修专业人才,探讨中职学校汽修行业推行校企合作的意义,并有针对性地提出一系列优化改革的方法,致力于提高中等职业学校汽修行业人才的经济效益。 Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has taken off at a high speed,and the people's living standards have also been continuously improved.In recent years,with the continuous development of science and technology,the auto industry has also been vigorously developed.The state encourages auto companies to carry out reforms and innovations and vigorously supports the development of new energy vehicles.Therefore,the auto repair profession will be a popular profession.By then,both the quantity and quality of high-tech talents in my country's auto repair industry will be challenged.Traditional auto repair professional teaching has problems that the teaching of the school does not match the needs of the enterprise,and the needs of the enterprise do not match the personal development of the students.This situation has led to the fact that students’school practice is out of the requirements of the development of enterprises in society,and the skills accumulated by students at school lack actual social and economic benefi ts.Instead,school-enterprise cooperation,integration of production and education are promoted,and the integration of auto repair majors in secondary vocational schools is vigorously promoted.Modernized teaching is conducive to solving this contradiction.This article will be based on cultivating professional auto repair professionals suitable for secondary vocational teaching,business needs,and personal development,explore the signifi cance of school-enterprise cooperation in the auto repair industry of secondary vocational schools,and propose a series of optimized reform methods in a targeted manner to improve the economic benefi ts of talents in the auto repair industry in secondary vocational schools.
