摘要
科学的工控系统设备管理和检维修办法不仅有利于节省设备的检维修费用,提高管理效率,而且对于保障生产安全,避免安全事故都有积极的意义。本文以某煤化工项目工控系统的运行管理和检维修实际状况为例,进行摸索分析、总结讨论,提出和利时工控系统在煤化工、石油化工企业的设备运行管理和系统检维修方案,为其他企业运行管理及检维修提供参考案例。
The scientific method of equipment management and inspection maintenance of industrial control system is not only conducive to saving equipment inspection and maintenance costs,improve management efficiency,but also to ensure production safety,avoid safety accidents.In this paper,the operation management,inspection and maintenance of an industrial control system for a coal chemical engineering project are analyzed,summarized and discussed.The project of equipment operation management and system inspection and maintenance of Hollysys industrial control system in coal chemical and petrochemical enterprises is put forward,which provides reference cases for other enterprises.
