钢铁企业降低废水硬度的方法探讨 被引量:5

摘要 钢铁企业用水量大,废水资源丰富,但多以高硬度的高盐废水为主,处理难度大。因此很多钢铁企业致力于寻找更为经济、高效的方法降低废水硬度,实现废水回收利用。本文比较了膜分离法、药剂软化法、离子交换法三种应用最为广泛的降低废水硬度的方法,综合考虑成本及处理效果,提出了选用药剂软化法处理流量大、硬度高的废水。通过选用双碱法降低脱硫废水硬度,效果明显、成本低廉,与其他废水混合后综合处理,可以进一步节省废水处理成本。 The water consumption of steel enterprise is large,the waste water resources are rich,but most of them are high hardness and high salt wastewater,which is difficult to handle.For this reason,many iron and steel enterprises are committed to looking for more economical and efficient methods to reduce the hardness of wastewater and realize the recycling of wastewater.This paper mainly compares the membrane separation method,agent softening method and ion exchange method,these are the most widely used methods to reduce the hardness of wastewater,considering the cost and treatment effect,it is suggested that the agent softening method be used to handle the wastewater with large flow and high hardness.By using double alkali method to reduce the hardness of desulfurization wastewater,the effect is obvious and the cost is low,the comprehensive treatment after mixing with other wastewater can further save the cost of wastewater treatment.
