摘要
为研究干湿循环条件下全尾砂固结体单轴抗压强度的变化规律,选取不同水泥掺量的固结体为研究对象,进行干湿循环处理后的宏观强度与微观结构检测试验,探讨了胶凝材料掺量与养护时间对固结体强度的影响,并对经历不同干湿循环次数及胶凝材料掺量下固结体微观结构变化规律进行分析。结果表明:养护3 d与7 d的固结体试件,随干湿循环作用的持续进行,强度呈先增加、后降低趋势;养护28 d固结体试件强度呈逐渐下降趋势。不同养护龄期下,水泥掺量越大,固结体干湿循环后强度衰减越低。随干湿循环作用的继续进行,固结体微观结构呈先密实、后稀疏松散趋势。
The paper is to study the changing law of the uniaxial compressive strength of the whole tailings consolidated body under the conditions of dry-wet cycle.The consolidated body with different cement content is selected as the research object,and the macro-strength and micro-structure test after the dry-wet cycle treatment are carried out.This paper,discusses the influence of cementing material content and curing time on the strength of the consolidated body,and analyzes the changes of the microstructure of the consolidated body under different dry-wet cycles and cementing material content.According to the experimental analysis:When the curing time reaches 3 d ays and 7 days,the strength of the specimens selected in the experiment increases first and then decreases with the continuous action of the dry-wet cycle.The strength of the specimens cured for 28 days shows a gradually decreasing trend;Under different curing ages,the greater the cement content,the lower the strength attenuation of the consolidated body after dry-wet cycles.As the dry-wet cycle continues,the microstructure of the consolidated body tends to be dense first,then sparse and loose.
