摘要
目的:探究中医康复护理对改善脑卒中偏瘫恢复期患者肢体功能的临床价值。方法:本次试验研究对象为2018年1月-2020年6月到英山县人民医院进行脑卒中恢复治疗的110例患者,全部患者均处于恢复期,采用随机数字表法将全部患者进行分组,分为试验组与对照组,各55例,对照组患者采用常规康复护理,试验组在对照组上加用中医康复护理,对比两组的康复护理结果。结果:对比治疗前后两组患者的上下肢运动功能Fugel-Meyer评定量表(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA)评分、中医证候积分,治疗前,两组患者之间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的FMA评分、中医证候积分改善较为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者的生活质量评分,试验组患者的生活质量评分更高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组患者的护理满意度更高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中偏瘫恢复期患者采用中医康复护理手段可获得更为理想的护理效果,该护理方法可改善患者的肢体运动功能,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in improving limb function of patients with cerebral apoplexy in convalescent period of hemiplegia.Methods:This experiment research subjects were 110 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients in convalescent period treated in our hospital fromJanuary 2018 to June 2020,the random number table method was adopted for grouping,all patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group,the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation nursing,the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation care on the basis of the nursing of the control group,the rehabilitation care results of two groups were compared.Results:The FMA score and TCM syndrome score of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FMA score and TCM syndrome score of the experimental group were improved significantly,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).The QOL score of the two groups was compared,the QOL score of the experimental group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In convalescent stage of cerebral apoplexy patients with hemiplegia,the use of rehabilitation nursing means of traditional Chinese medicine can obtain more ideal nursing effect and improve the limb movement function of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
