摘要
目的构建系统化疼痛管理模式,探讨其在PICU操作性疼痛管理中的应用效果。方法随机选取某三甲综合医院2020年3―8月PICU患儿118人作为研究对象,按入院时间先后顺序分为常规组及干预组各59例;常规组采用常规疼痛管理模式,干预组采用系统化疼痛管理模式;分别对两组患儿操作性疼痛及负性情绪评分进行分析。结果干预组患儿操作性疼痛及负性情绪评分均明显低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论系统化疼痛管理模式在PICU患儿操作性疼痛中的构建及应用,能够有效能够减轻PICU患儿操作性疼痛,缓解PICU患儿的负性情绪。
Objective To construct a systematic pain management mode and explore its application effect in the operative pain management of PICU.Methods 118 children with PICU in a Grade-A Tertiary hospital from March to August in 2020 were randomly selected and divided into control group and intervention group according to the order of admission time,with 59 cases in each group.The conventional pain management mode was used in the control group,and the systematic pain management mode was used in the intervention group.The operative pain and negative emotion scores of the two groups were analyzed.Results The scores of operative pain and negative emotion in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The construction and application of systematic pain management mode in the operative pain of child patients in PICU can effectively reduce the operative pain of children and relieve the negative emotion of children.
