不同类型水稻品种的产量和品质对不同温光资源的响应 被引量:1

Response of Yield and Quality of Different Types of Rice Varieties to Different Temperature and Light Resources

摘要 本试验以吉林地区小粒中等穗高产型、大粒多穗高产型、优质丰产型3个粳稻为供试品种,通过播期试验,研究不同播期对水稻生育期、产量、产量构成及品质的影响。试验结果表明:随着播期的推迟,各品种出苗-抽穗阶段天数缩短导致生育期缩短;在不同播期处理下,S2播期各类型品种产量构成因素表现相对较优,致使S2播期内各品种产量最高,且各类型品种产量呈先增后减趋势;各类型品种在S2播期加工品质表现最优,外观品质随播期推迟变优,各类型品种蛋白质含量逐渐降低,S1播期直链淀粉含量相比最适播期S2无显著差异,S3直链淀粉含量相比S2呈显著增加,各类型品种食味值在S3播期表现最优。因此,各类型品种最适播期为4月22日,推迟播期10 d左右对各类型品种的产量及品质的影响较小,仍可达到优质稳产要求,这对指导生产有很重要的实际意义。 In this experiment,three japonica rice varieties with small grain,medium ear,high yield,large grain,multiple ear,high yield,and high quality and high yield were selected as the test varieties.Through the experiment of sowing date,the effects of different sowing dates on the growth period,yield,yield composition and quality of rice were studied.The results of the experiment showed that with the delay of the sowing period,the shortening of the emergence-heading stage days of each variety led to a shortening of the growth period;under different sowing period treatments,the yield components of various types of S2 sowing period performed relatively well,resulting the output of each variety is the highest in the S2 sowing period,and the output of each type of varieties increases first and then decreases;the processing quality of each type of varieties is the best during the S2 sowing period,and the appearance quality improves with the delay of the sowing period.The protein content of each type gradually decreases.There was no significant difference in the amylose content of S1 sowing period compared to the optimal sowing period S2.The S3 amylose content was significantly increased compared to S2,and the taste value of various types of cultivars performed best during the S3 sowing period.Therefore,the optimal sowing date for each type of variety is April 22,and postponing the sowing date for about 10 days has little effect on the output and quality of various types of varieties,and can still meet the requirements of high quality and stable production.This is very important for guiding production significance.
