摘要
研究了不同助剂对于聚乙烯/碳酸钙体系的模头析出改善效果,析出模拟实验表明,对模头析出改善的效果:硬脂酸钙>硅酮>无添加体系>聚乙烯蜡体系,对几个体系的粘度及熔体强度等熔体行为研究表明,硬脂酸钙的一方面其润滑作用降低材料粘度,另一方面通过增强聚乙烯和碳酸钙复合材料熔体强度,减少熔体破裂,从而使材料析出有所改善;硅酮仅能通过润滑对析出有一定改善,聚乙烯蜡对熔体强度影响很大,会增加模头析出。
The function of different additives on the die lip build-up of the polyethylene/calcium carbonate system was studied.The accelerated simulation shows that the effect of decreasing die lip build-up:calcium stearate>silicone>no added system>polyethylene wax.Studies on the melt behavior such as viscosity and melt strength indicate that the improvement of calcium stearate is mainly due to its ability to reduce the viscosity of the material and have lubricating effect.In addition,the interfacial adhesion between polyethylene and calcium carbonate can be enhanced,which is beneficial to strengthen the melt strength,so the die drool is depressed.By contrast,the silicone and polyethylene wax can only play a certain role through lubrication.The addition of these additives does not significantly influence the tensile properties.
