摘要
连续纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料(CFRCMCs)既保留了单体陶瓷材料高强度﹑高硬度、耐高温和耐腐蚀等的特性,同时又能提高陶瓷基体的韧性,改善其综合力学性能,在高温领域表现优异,现已被广泛应用到火箭发动机喷管、导弹天线罩等领域,是高新技术材料领域的一个重要分支,而纤维增强氧化物基复合材料又是CFRCMCs领域的一重要分支。本文整合当前的研究进展,针对以ZrO_(2)作为复合材料的基体,重点介绍采用四种不同的增强纤维(碳纤维、碳化硅纤维、氧化硅纤维、氧化铝纤维)增强ZrO_(2)复合材料的性能、取得最新进展,以及主要的制备工艺,并展望未来,指出其存在的问题和未来的发展趋势。
Continuous fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites(CFRCMCs)not only retained the characteristics of high strength,high hardness,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of single ceramic materials,but also could improve the toughness of ceramic matrix and improved its comprehensive mechanical properties.It had excellent performance in high temperature field.It had been widely used in rocket engine nozzle,missile radome and other fields,which was a high-tech material field Fiber reinforced oxide matrix composites were an important branch in the field of CFRCMCs.In this paper,based on the current research progress,aiming at the matrix of ZrO_(2) composites,the properties,the latest progress and the main preparation process of four different reinforced fibers(carbon fiber,silicon carbide fiber,silicon oxide fiber,alumina fiber)reinforced ZrO_(2) composites were introduced.The future was prospected,and the existing probles and future development trend were pointed out.
