摘要 建立了快速样品处理技术结合高效液相色谱法测定水果和蔬菜中除虫脲残留量的分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,提取液经乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷、碳石墨黑、无水硫酸镁和C_(18)填料净化后,以乙腈-水(体积比为55∶45)作为流动相,用C_(18)反相色谱柱分离,检测波长为257 nm,以色谱峰面积外标法定量。结果表明,该方法在不同基质样品中加标回收率为87.8%~110.0%,检出限为0.05~0.06 mg/kg,测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于3.0%(n=6),满足水果和蔬菜中除虫脲残留量的日常监测要求。 A quantitative analysis method of rapid sample preparation technology combined with high performance liquid chromatography was established to determine diflubenzuron residues in fruits and vegetables.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile,and the extract was purified by ethylenediamine-N-propylsilane,graphite carbon black,anhydrous magnesium sulfate and C_(18) packing.Acetonitrile-water with volume ratio of 55∶45 was used as the mobile phase,the sample was separated by C_(18) reversed-phase chromatographic column and detected at the wavelength of 257 nm.The quantified method was external standard method by chromatographic peak area.The recovery rate of diflubenzuron in different matrix samples was 87.8%-110.0%,and the detection limit in different samples was 0.05-0.06 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation of the detection results was not more than 3.0%(n=6).This method can meet the daily monitoring requirements of diflubenzuron residues in fruits and vegetables.
